We welcomed Rex Ridenoure back to the show to provide us with a look at his 45 year public and private sector space career in terms of what trends and developments were happening that matched his space work experience with projects and engineering.  For more than half our program, Rex took us through his career year by year, company by company, project by project, while all the time telling us what was happening in a parallel timeline track matching his career year by year.  For purposes of this summary, I won't review his actual timeline discussion because not only will you hear it in the program, most of it Rex included with a revised bio on The Space Show website.  You can find his bio and the timeline here:  https://www.thespaceshow.com/guest/rex-ridenoure.  Once again refer to the tags for the topics discussed in addition to timeline discussions.  The tags an be found below:

Tags:  Rex Ridenoure, 45 year space industry career, Rex career events & timing with key space development events, Rex's career timeline as a on his bio page, Rex career beginnings and early project associations, Rex as a "gray beard," Rex on his cislunar and LEO perspective, China at the start of his career, China space now, nuclear propulsion, SSP, intergalactic team development, commercial space development for Rex, Starship, Rex with early AI and robotics.

After Rex finished his career timeline, we took listener questions about his work plus several listeners wanted to pick his brain about current events such as Starship, SLS, China and their space program and momentum, SSP plausibility and economics, the Space Force plus a few others.  He even got a question on nuclear propulsion though the government's attempt to develop the nuclear rocket took place before Rex started to work in the space industry.  During this latter part of the show, Rex shared many of his space industry opinions with us, including going forward as Rex has not retired.

Please post your comments and questions for Rex on our blog.  As you will see, many listeners have been doing that. I make sure Rex will see all the posts which he does strive to reply to when he has the time.  You can contact Rex through me at The Space Show.
