We welcomed Jeromy Grimmett of Rogue Space Systems back to the show to discuss their first demonstration mission on Transporter 9. Jeromy talked about additional Rogue work, upcoming projects and even working with IVO in the UK to test the Quantum Drive Propulsion unit which he explained to us. For the full scope of our discussion, please refer to the tags as they address the topics Jeromy talked about including questions that came in to this program. The tags are repeated here for you convenience.

My program highlights focused on Jeromy's style of managing Rogue, the building of his team which he said was essential and responsible for their pace of development and success to date. Jeromy spent some time talking about the importance of the team, treating people right, developing passion and excitement for the work and much more. He also talked about developing a good listening capability.
The IVO Quantum Drive was a very interesting part of the discussion. Jeromy did explain it and talked about the part Rogue was playing in the testing. It is a complex development project so do listen carefully. I would like to get someone from IVO UK on the show to more fully discuss their quantum drive so look for that guest in the upcoming menu. In response to questions about the future of Rogue, Jeromy mentioned goals or maybe ambitions to reach out to Mars, cislunar space, Europa and more. Don't miss his expectations for a future Rogue Space Systems.
Please post your comments/questions regarding Rogue on our blog for this show. Jeromy can be reached through me here at The Space Show or through the Rogue Space Systems website.
